Today was my rest day, but I like to do a little routine on the days I don’t run to work on endurance. Try it! -1 minute jump rope -30 seconds mountain climbers -30 second wall sit -10 lunges each leg -30 seconds jump rope -10 squats -5 burpees -1 minute plank -100 jumping jacks
I even broke a sweat! :)
